Client Situation
The client was using a worksheet
based KRI information collection sheet. Process has
been quite cumbersome as it involved getting the worksheet
over email, collating the information by merging these
worksheets. Workflow Process was completely manual
and data security had been a big issue.
Approach
- The KRI defined in worksheets
along with underlying rules for rating and score
consolidation were configured in the Azilon application
using content manager.
- Organizational units for
KRI capture were defined using a Matrix Structure.
- Static user details were
built using designation and business organization
structure and reporting requirements investigated
using a consultative approach.
- All auto escalation &
alert generation rules were set inside the application.
- Executive dashboard was
provided for monitoring KRI on a day to day basis.
